Spring Analyst

I applied online via Glassdoor as soon as the application dropped, I then quickly reached out to a couple different people on the team to network.

The interview process consisted of 3 interviews, one with an analyst, then an associate, then a director. The majority of questions were behavioral and asked about my experience listed on resume. Tested my understanding of what an investment banker does and there were a handful of very basic technicals (walk through dcf, what are 3 statements etc). Nothing out of what you would expect. For the most part very conversational and relaxed. I could tell they were looking for someone who knew what they were talking about, but would also be friendly and personable in the office.
