Overall the interview process was fairly drawn out. I first dealt with the recruiter and passed an initial phone screening. The next steps included an excels skills test, which was fairly simple for anyone proficient in Excel. The skills test mostly involved creation of basic pivot tables, and using a few VLOOKUP functions.

The next step after clearing the skills test was a series of phone interviews with Senior Consultants at the firm. I participated in a total of 3 phone interviews with consultants from FTI, and was then told I had received very positive feedback from all parties.

Ultimately, I was brought in for an in person interview with 2 of the Senior Directors at the firm. Neither interviewer seemed to be interested in a conversation, and both stuck to scripted questions such as "Tell me a time you...", the typical interview questions.
