On campus recruiting
1st round - 2 on 1 interviews on campus. Completely fit, looking for personality and maybe some strong indicator of skill. Selected candidates seemed to have strong network with the group.
They like those with sense of humor and fun to be with. Very laidback and chill interview. Helps a lot if you can entertain them.
2nd round - interview in Boston office. Start with a group case that failed horribly. Make sure to not let a dumbass take over and lead the case - if you know what you're talking about just speak up and leave the noobs in the dust. Need to work really fast.
Several 1 on 1 interviews. Should do your research from first rounds to understand the personality of each interviewer. Some just want to be entertained because they hate work. Some are looking for someone really smart people. Others want one with more leadership skills and able to speak well. Almost completely fit for those they trust having the technicals down. Otherwise, technicals from about half the interviwers.
They do mini cases, nothing like BCG etc. but usually test general business knowledge and big picture understanding. Don't get stuck with the details.
Overall chill and laid back group. Perhaps too much.
