A lot of focus on fit, they believe you can always learn technical skills through training and on the job so they focus more on fit because your are traveling Mon-Thurs so they want to make sure they can work with you. Very transparent through the entire process, they tell you what to expect for process and are open to any questions about their experiences or expectations. The employees are very casual, approachable and good to get a long with which makes the interview a bit less formal since they are so relaxed. There is an on campus interview that focuses mainly on fit and experiences from previous internships along with why FTI, what they do, what skills you have that will make you an asset to the company. There are 2 30 minute interviews, each with 2 members. There is also a focus on understanding financial statements. Know how they all relate, how a change in one statement affects another statement, how to value companies using various methods such as DCF, Comparables/Multiples, Enterprise value. The superday is about 6 hours long which includes short 30 minute interviews with multiple employees and also a group case study. The case study mostly gauges whether or not you have the ability to look at things differently and provide different insight on how to solve a problem. There is also a presentation on your findings and overall conclusion.
