Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and was called in to interview within a month. HR was very friendly and courteous. I had interviews with 4 team members, 30 minutes each. I also had a phone interview shortly after for another 30 minutes. Advice: know your resume and be sure you want the position. Also, have something to talk about regarding personal hobbies. Interview was not very technical in nature, though a couple of questions were raised regarding credit analysis (walk through analyzing a company).
