applied on their website, got a call from a recruiter within a few days. Spoke with the recruiter over the phone, then scheduled a phone call with the division manager. Then scheduled a phone call with the group manager. Flew out to their office and met with 2 other group managers and the overall division VP. Lastly met with the hiring manager. A lot of behavioral questions and seeing if there is a fit.
