S&T Analyst

Fidelity did on campus recruiting at my school so I submitted my resume through the career services office. I received word that I got a first round interview. First round was simple one on one interview, all fit and no technical questions. After a week, they notified me that I had advanced to the final round in their Boston office. The final round interview was 6 consecutive 30 min interviews with various directors in the different departments of trading at Fidelity. all interviews except 1 were fit, and the last one was mostly brain teasers that were somewhat difficult. The office culture seemed nice but very focused.
