Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met a recruiter at a job fair on campus. Resume was passed to HR and I was contacted to set up a phone interview. This lasted 1 hour and was all behavioral questions. Then invited for on site interview. Presentation followed by a 2 on 1 interview which was similar to the phone interview. Finally a cognitive assessment.
