What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via a short web form to which I received the link from my university's career service. After about 4 weeks, I received an email to schedule the first round phone interviews. The interviews took place roughly a week later.
The interviews itself were with two research associates who had been with Fidelity for quite some time.
My impression was that both highly enjoyed the work they did and were interested in getting to know my reasons for wanting to work for Fidelity, and why specifically in equity research. They were also interested in knowing why I chose Fidelity and whether I see myself going to a Hedge Funds or something similar. Pretty basic Fit Questions I'd say.
