Equity Business Associate

I contacted an alumna of my college and expressed an interest in working for her firm, and finding out more about available positions. She then put me in touch with HR, who conducted a first round interview with me and asked me about my interests, my past work experience and my strengths. Following this interview I had 2 phone interviews with employees within the firm - one with an equity research associate, and another with a primary trader. I successfully made it through these, and was invited to an on-site interview in Boston, which consisted of 7 interviews with Managing Directors of the various teams I would be working with. All in all, the interviews were very straight forward and mainly tested my understanding of current events, and my abilities to analyze companies. I was made an offer 1 hour after my final round interviews.
