1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had an interview on my campus with an alum. Then I was called on site for a final round interview. I think the final round consisted of 6 1-1 interviews, with managing directors from different fields in the equities division. Everyone was very nice and was just generally interested in learning if you were intelligent and interested in investing.
