1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Resume drop through OCR. There was a pre-night that was laid back and allowed you to meet some people in the group you're interview for and the specific person that will conduct your 1-on-1 interview the next day. Did not move onto the next round, but wouldn't have wanted to anyway because I definitely would not fit in with a Big 4 firm.
