Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a pre-interview dinner which included all the students who were going to interview wit EY. It was a chance to meet the other students who will be interviewing, and to meet our interviewers as well. My interviewer wasn't there so the recruiter came and spoke to us, answering all our questions. My first interview was the day after on-campus, which consisted of a 30-minute behavioral interview. My interviewer was pretty relaxed and we mostly had a conversation instead of the actual interview. We went overtime to about 45 minutes. I heard back about 3 days later through an email telling me that I will be having an office visit at the Atlanta office. The office visit was a week later, and I booked my flight (EY paid for everything, including hotel at the W Hotel). We began with lunch at the EY building, and I got a chance to meet the other students, which included undergrad, grad who were applying for internships and full-time. The people were very relaxed and seemed to enjoy themselves. I like the work culture because people really enjoy learning and teaching others. After lunch, we were escorted into our own rooms, and we stayed there for the 3 45-minute interviews. My first two were behavioral, one-on-one. My third interview was a case. I wasn't absolutely sure how I did, but the interviewer was very nice about it. Overall, I had a good experience. I heard back within 3-4 days, with my acceptance offer.
