Overall the experience was a positive one. Several employees came to campus and spoke with those of us who were granted an interview at a cocktail hour networking event.

The on-campus interview was the next day and consisted of only behavioral questions (tell me about a time that you worked in a group).

I received an email from an HR rep about two weeks later informing me that I was invited to the super day in NYC. They kindly payed for hotel and travel accommodations.

The super day lasted about 4 hours and consisted of a presentation about the company, position, etc and then three 1 on 1 interviews (2 behavioral, 1 case). After the three interviews a couple employees took us out to lunch at a nice Chinese restaurant near the office in Times Square.
