Start off with online application. Then the usual online tests and strength-based question. The first round was 1-to-1 strength based interview. It was a 1-hour interview with 35 questions. The interviewer explicitly expressed they are not competency questions so you do not need to answer with past examples all the time. My advice is really just be yourself and know your CV well. Make sure you understand the EY culture and the financial regulations (this is what they are currently focusing on)
