Applied on their website at the very last minute and got a response almost immediately. Was asked to complete a skills test a week later, after which a very friendly interview ensued. The tests were straightforward and similar to those I'd practiced online. The interviewers were very friendly and ensured a relaxed atmosphere. I would advise people to go through the internship process as I hear their grad interviews are much tougher.
