Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial on-campus interview consisted of a two-on-one, with basic behavioral and technical questions. Superday followed shortly with a cocktail hour the night before, three one-on-one interviews, and a group case study. Initial process was smooth, but HR seemed a bit disorganized. Never received a formal rejection, so I kept in touch with the recruiting manager. A month later, I was told another Analyst position had opened up and they would get back to me...several emails later...nothing. Regardless of being kept on the hook, it was initially a good experience.
