Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a first round one-on-one interview that was no very formal and all behavior-situational questions. All-in-all pretty easy and not very challenging. The next round was a super day where you met with 5 different people and then were group with 2 other candidates to do a case study in 80 minutes and present to two employees. Everyone there seem very nice and easy to work with. The case study was difficult and nearly impossible to complete in the alloted time. But it was more about being able to answer their follow-up questions during the presentation, so they knew you understood valuation fundamentals.
