Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very open ended. Didn't require much specific knowledge about GTB. Solely personality based. There were several events before to meet with analysts and if they like you, they will move your resume forth for interviews and reach back out to you. Understanding the importance of transaction banking and the roles of several divisions will certainly help and actually differentiate you apart. Not many people understand it.
