Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus recruiting, ended up with first round offer. 2 on 1 "good cop bad cop" interview style. Asked your basic "Tell about yourself" question, a few situation questions, then the rest was very technical oriented. Asked about valuation methods, where I would invest my money right now, positives and negatives of equity and debt offerings, financial statement analysis question regarding the effect of a reimbursement on fin statements.
