Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through my school's career management center. After two weeks, I was contacted by DB HR to schedule an interview time. The first round consisted of three twenty-minute rounds with an associate, a VP and a manager. Level of difficulty varied between each person. One week later, I was contacted by DB HR to join 20 other candidates at the superday in Jacksonville. The superday process consisted of six twenty-minute interviews with managers and VPs. About two weeks later, I received an offer from HR.
