IBD Summer Analyst

I applied via my university's career services office. Got invited for first round. Mostly fit based. Spent a lot of time talking about stuff not on my resume. Smiling a lot is important. Bankers are tired after interviewing all day- and they don't want to look at someone with a serious, unfriendly face. I made it to final rounds. Again all fit based. I am from a top target finance school so maybe they assumed that I knew my stuff. Also I had prior banking experience, so my 'technical questions' were mostly based on analyzing what I did during my internship.
