Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On the superday, each of the candidates participated in four interviews. Two case interviews and two behavioral interviews. One of the case interviews was a group presentation where four candidates were given a business problem (relating to HC) and asked to come up with a powerpoint presentation within an hour. We then presented our findings to two principals.
The 1-on-1 case interview was fairly straightforward. Long case, lots of information, followed by a series of questions related to the case.
Behavioral interviews were standard.
