Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Was a two-on-one case interview in with two junior level employees. They were both cordial and professional. Started with some personal development questions about "tell me about a time when you did X". They asked for stories about leadership, failure, serving others and working in a team. Then did a case in which the client was the department of defense and you were working on operations optimization.
