Summer IB Analyst

After online application, I sat two numerical and logical reasoning tests. After about a month I got an invitation for an interview on campus. The interviews were preceded by an incredibly simplistic maths problem (compound interest and discounting). I had had four interviews (one analyst, one associate, one VP, one MD). Associate went through problem sheet and asked general questions about my motivation. Analyst asked questions about my motivation and my ability to work the long hours. MD and VP asked questions about general macroeconomic trends and developments and dipped into some technical questions.
