What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Apply Online
2. 20 people called for pre-interview info cum networking session with bankers (to-be interviewers)
3. First round interviews: 1-1 interviews with 2 bankers (analysts - associates) on campus. Mostly focussed on fit.
4. Second round interviews: 1-1 interviews with 2 bankers (analysts - associates). Fit + technical. But technical is pretty standard. More focussed on past experiences. Make sure you can back up everything you have on your resume; esp if you have done deals in the past make sure you are able to talk a lot about them
5. Third round interviews: I did not get to this round. From what I know, it is the final round with VPs.
