Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The initial interview was over the phone with an analyst and a VP. Then they flew me out to the Superday in NYC.
Be prepared to walk through your resume over and over again. The interviews were one after the other, all of which were 2-on-1 (Two interviewers interviewing me at once). They all asked me to walk them through my resume and they'd ask questions about different things.
