Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was only the first stage of the interview before the Super Days but it was a great process. The interviewer was very friendly and while there were questions related to finance and Investment Banking, they seemed much more focused on qualitative reasons for joining the firm and most of the questions were based around past experience, what can you bring to the firm, why would you fit at the firm and other similar questions.
