Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I go to a top Indian business schools, one of the top IIMs where front office roles are recruited for in India. After applying to the company the shortlists were released and I had made the initial cut.

We were taken out to dinner on company coin and had to interact with senior officials.

A couple of weeks later we had the interview. I had 3 1 on 1 rounds. The first one was a general HR round on my background. The 2nd round was a bit technical. They asked me about my favourite stocks and what's happening in the stock market. The 3rd round was brainteasers and more personals.

They asked me whether I had any other bank shortlists. They lost all their interest when I told them I didn't and this was my only one.

Needless to say, I didn't get the offer. Was surprised as I thought it went well.
