Shared Services Product Control Intern

Applied online at the campus recruitment portal of Credit Suisse. An email was sent to me about 2 weeks later asking me to attend the first round of interview, which was a group assessment. The group assessment for me was composed of 4 interviewers: 1 from HR, 3 from Product Control. Along with me present during the assessment were other 4 potential candidates. For this round the interviewers were looking out for your ability to work in a team, to take the lead/actively follow, handle differing opinions etc. Process lasted for 1 hr. I was then informed 3 days later via email of my selection into the next phase, which consisted of 2 consecutive 30-min interview. Competency questions were asked, general knowledge of global issues posed. Received a n offer call 3 days later. Offer accepted! :)
