Investment Banking Summer Associate

I got in the door through an alumni at my business school who did informationals with me and introduced me to his teammates. I made enough good impressions that they brought me back to "investment banking day" to meet more bankers. I had to go through a phone interview which was your standard behavioral stuff with a few technicals. The final round in-house was just behavioral questions with senior bankers (director and above).
