Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I come from a target school. First Phone interview with HR. 3 rounds of interviewing total, typical super day and Typical questions. People are very hard working. I found the process to drag on a bit, especially by the third round-- they knew they were going to hire me and wanted to see my preparation for that day. I also interviewed with asset management.
