Once the online application is submitted it asks you to complete a numeracy and reasoning test (I completed this very early in Oct 12), and received an email that I was successful in the first stage and was invited to a telephone interview and was able to go onto the application centre and choose which slot was the most appropriate. After success it was a week later I received a phone call inviting me to the assessment centre, again I had to log into the application centre to choose a day most appropriate for myself (first come first served basis), and then lastly was another final nterview after the assessment centre.
