Asset Management Summer Analyst Intern

Everything ran very smoothly. I was contacted for an initial phone interview about a month and a half after the application deadline. I had completed an informational interview with one of the analysts before so I knew about the group already. Two people interviewed me over the phone and it lasted about 30 minutes. They asked me about myself, and then I walked them through my resume. They asked about my specific experiences and the lessons I had learned from them. They also wanted to know why I wanted to work in their group. About a week later I received an invitation to a superday interview. The superday interview consisted of a series of different interviews with different groups of interviewers. The interviews were 2 on 1 again, and I had four sets of them. They were all pretty similar and they asked me more in-depth questions about my resume and some finance related things I have worked on in the past.
