1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially a two-on-one phone interview with a Director and Analyst on the Tech team in SF. Next came a trip to NY to meet their sole Tech Analyst in the NY office as well as their Director / Head of Recruiting. Concluded with a paid trip to SF to meet with two Analysts, an Associated, a VP, and an MD all in the Tech group. Great process and great bank. No offer, though.
