Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Straightforward process obtained interview thru alumni referral. First round met with one analyst and director of HR, mostly fit and a couple of technicals on the three common valuation methods. Superday consisted of 6 1 on 1 interviews with analyst, associates, and directors. Overall, I enjoyed interviewing with Cowen and would have looked forward to joining the firm.
