1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had 2 30 minute interviews on campus with two analysts. Both very nice and helpful in the cases. The cases were basic economic/finance cases (not at all like normal consulting eg. Case in Point). Then the recruiter called two days later to set up a 2nd round interview in Boston. I had a total of five 30-40 minute interviews with cases and in between I went to lunch with two analysts. Everyone I met was very nice and eager to answer all of my questions.
