Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Firstly there is a phone interview where the interviewer goes over your resume profile and then asks you some general questions to gauge your communication and presentation skills.
Next a in-person interview is conducted where you will be interviewed by a group of about 3-5 people. This interview is focused on what you know and whether you can present your knowledge succinctly and lucidly.
In the end you will meet the Director of the team who will have a final say in the hiring process and will determine is you will fit in the culture of the team.
