Technology Analyst

I applied to their internship position via on campus recruiting but had to reject their interview invitation since I accepted another position. From this, however, they had my email on file and contacted me regarding their summer technology fair. I sent in my RSVP with my résumé and me and about 20 others were chosen to go to the fair early and have 'informal' interviews. These two 30 min long interviews were quite formal with technical brain teasers and behavioral questions. Next, I was invited to their office in September (the fair was in late July) to take a skills assessment which was an hour long test on everything imaginable (c++, java, SQL, basic logic, etc.) followed by two lengthy interviews, or more like friendly conversations. They contacted me less than a week after that with an offer.
