What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Usual Summer Ass. hiring schedule through B-school. Very heavy on technical through every round. Nice people, but office was in turmoil at the time. Major departures afterwards. The associates and the VPs, all seemed to have local school ties, understandably so. Decent group of people, much nicer than the in person 2-on-1 stress interviewers on campus.
