Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a phone interview for me (I am from Canada so could not be in NY for it). Was quite simple, basic questions like why IB why Citi and then a couple simple technicals followed by questions about my resume.
Superday was 3 interviews, one Associate, one Director, one MD and basically focused on technical, markets, and fit in that order.
Overall, very friendly people at all levels and the process was enjoyable even though I did not receive an offer. Feedback was available if you asked.
