Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with a first round of two 1-on-1 interviews in office and verification tests (verify online math and language test), was then invited to assessment centre. This consisted of 3 in person 30 min interviews and one case study interview, followed by a 40 min 'group exercise', which was essentially a mock board meeting where we played the role of directors and had to decide on issues etc.
