Sales/Trading Quantitative Analyst

The phone interview consisted of 3 basic probability/computer science questions. One of them related to the Monty Hall problem and how many doors would be necessary to ensure that the percentage increase in probability of winning is equal to some number other than 50%. Another consisted of designing an algorithm to determine an unknown number between 1 and 100 (hint: you don't just iterate through every number if you want to be efficient). The superday consisted of a math test with basic, math-competition style problems as well as several other problem solving interviews with senior people who would watch you take the tests. Only one of the interviews was an interview in the traditional sense (e.g. "Why do you want to do this?" type stuff). Definitely brush up on probability and basic computer science, as there is a 30-minute interview devoted entirely to each.
