What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My cousin is a director there so I got invited to super day without any questions asked, all I did was apply online. The interview consisted of 6 different people and about 20-25 minutes each with a short break in between. The people were very nice and I just had one MD and one director, the rest were VP's, associates, or analysts. The planning and organization of the entire thing was very good, except I nearly missed my flight because the interviews were late in the day
