Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was interviewed on-campus by a recruiter and was asked to solve math and computer programming problems. I was invited to the second round interview (aka superday) at the Citi HQ in NYC. The interview involved a 30 minute math test, a 30 minute fit interview, a 30 minute math proofs session, a 30 minute interview about explaining my programming abilities, and another 30 minute interview involving brain-teasers.
