Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied throught the MLT leadership program and completed first rounds at an MLT seminar in Dallas. First rounds were 90% technical and consisted of a 1-1 interview with a VP. Final rounds were a few weeks later and consisted of 3 interviews (1-1 1-1 and 2-1) with each interview focusing on a specific set of questions, behavioral, technical and a mix.
