Investment Banking Analyst

Networked a ton and had a very good contact talk to someone high up which got me into the accelerated Super Day process. Super Day was a day or two after most SA programs finished. Most of the other interviewees had interned with Citi in other groups (such as Capital Markets) and had pushed for a move to IB but there were some people like me who interned at other firms. I had one-on-one interviews with 3 people (MD, VP and Associate I think?). There was only this one day of interviews. They put me on the waitlist and then gave me an offer about a month later.
