Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After applying to the position in October, I heard back from HR in February. I had a phone interview / screen that mostly consisted of behavioral questions, along with a stock pitch and "what ways can you value a company?". A week later I was asked to come in for a superday, which was entirely behavioral. A few hours after the superday (same day), I was given an offer.
