Finance Analyst

Applied via my University's career website and also through Citi's website around January (the program decided to expand its incoming Analyst class and as a result, started an accelerated interviewing process in January to complete the class). Was contacted in early February to come up for a super day (no phone interview was required). At the super day, the interview consisted of meeting 3 middle managers (all were VPs) in various finance groups. One interview was technical while the other 2 were behavioral, and each interview lasted about 30 minutes, which was strictly adhered to. Following the super day, I received an offer about 3 weeks later (early March) which I had less than 2 weeks to accept (most likely due to the fact that this interview process was accelerated to cap off an already existing class that Citi decided to expand). Overall, the interviews were very straightforward and the interviewers were very nice, with the exception of the technical interviewer who was more intense/rude.
