What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, did online maths and verbal test. After a long silence, invited to AC.
At the AC:
Retook online tests
Prepared a casestudy presentation, then gave presented recommendations in a 1-1 interview, with some technical and fit questions at the end.
Then three further 1-1 interviews, varying technical, motivational, competency questions. Felt like a 'good cop-bad cop' approached was used.
Finally, a group exercise, with all the interviewers observing.
Although american bank, all the people I met were European, seemed keen to promote relaxed 'european' culture of the firm.
NB. I put down that I spoke French and German on my CV, be aware (depending on interviewer) that you may have to conduct part of the interviews in the foreign languages (for me they briefly tested german, and one of the interviews was conducted mainly in French)
